Tracgroup are an authorised HP Partner/Reseller but also supply a vast range of major brand equipment via our extensive distribution channels. Some of these include Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, Sony, Samsung and NEC.

As an Authorised HP Partner we have access to special bid pricing if required.

Tracgroup currently supply equipment ranging from high end Server systems through to Desktop PC, Laptops, Printers, Monitors, Scanners, MFP's and an array of IT Peripheral equipment.

Our long standing relationships with current manufacturers and distributors enable us to offer ongoing highly competitive prices.

Installation

Tracgroup can provide professional installation services to run alongside our equipment sales via our team of vastly experienced trained Engineers.

We currently provide resources to work either alone or to assist with a wide range of projects; these typically include Server installations, PC / Printer deployment and configuration and IT equipment relocation.

Maintenance

Tracgroup have over 20 years experience in the field of IT hardware maintenance.

We can offer annual Fully Comprehensive Hardware Maintenance Agreements or, if preferred, we can supply an ad-hoc call out service for extremely competitive hourly rates. If required, we can also place engineering resources on site either on a permanent or temporary basis.

From our Central London locations we are able to offer a very rapid response which can be tailored to suit each individual client requirement. We have sought to provide the highest level of service with a personal edge, and we feel this is imperative in maintaining a strong, ongoing business relationship.We give the client the ability to call upon a specifically assigned recognised individual that will be directly responsible for the maintenance services provided.

Resource Hire & Relocation

Tracgroup provide businesses with additional IT resources to assist with projects, roll-outs, shutdowns, internal moves etc. for highly competitive daily and hourly rates.

We also supply a professional relocation service specifically tailored for all IT based equipment. This can range from a desktop PC through to relocating a complete server room environment.
